COST & IMPLEMENTATION

Employees enroll using their tuition reimbursement benefit, the same way they would for any university program, following your existing process for tuition reimbursement.

A standard tuition reimbursement process looks like this:

  • First, the employee confirms benefit eligibility and secures manager approval.
  • Then, the employee completes the college-credit program.
  • Once complete, the employee submits proof of completion for reimbursement.

Frontline associates and leaders get a kickoff email from an executive sponsor at your company, and Pathstream handles the rest.

Because participation is voluntary and the credential is worth it to them personally, typically 50-70% of eligible associates opt in.

Pathstream makes it easy to get started. Because your existing tuition reimbursement program funds Pathstream programs, an NDA and a simple order form are all you need to get started.

Before launch, you define goals, employee eligibility, and the metrics you’ll track. Program start dates are scheduled, and the tuition reimbursement benefit process is confirmed. Pathstream handles the associate communications and manages the enrollment process.

Typically, 50-70% of eligible associates opt in.
