Course 1: Foundations of Project Management
In this course, you will be introduced to the foundations of project management. You will become familiar with the role of the project manager and the leadership skills needed to be successful as a project manager. You will learn essential information about projects, project life cycles, project management processes and methodologies, and you will explore stakeholder management and create a plan for engaging with stakeholders. You will be introduced to Asana, a leading tool in the project management industry.

Course 2: Effective Project Planning
In this course, you’ll use tools to schedule and budget a project. You’ll learn about resourcing, developing kickoff activities and communicating with a project team to take your project management planning to the next level.

Course 3: Risk, Quality, and Integration Management
This course will teach you how to address risk and ensure quality in your projects. You’ll use tools to make reports and manage changes. Finally, you’ll learn how to close a project and conduct a retrospective.

- Identify project risks and effectively plan and implement risk responses.
- Create status updates and direct and manage project work for individual team members.
- Record knowledge in a lessons learned register.

Course 4: Agile Project Management
In this course you will learn the fundamentals of Agile project management methodologies. The learning experience is highly interactive and hands-on, providing you with the opportunity to learn by doing. You will begin by exploring the fundamentals of Agile, including frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. You will then learn about Scrum in detail, covering key concepts, such as sprints, adaptive planning and estimation. You will also learn how to conduct daily scrums, retrospectives and other key meetings to successfully plan and manage a project. While learning these concepts and frameworks, you will practice key project management related soft skills, such as how to plan for unexpected challenges and proactively manage issues that arise on a team.
