Liz, a seasoned coach with a decade of instructional design and five years of experience coaching, is dedicated to advancing equity through education. She emphasizes active listening, compassion, and open-mindedness in her counseling approach, nurturing self-efficacy through patience and collaboration. Currently pursuing licensure as a therapist, Liz specializes in helping adults secure quality jobs. When not coaching, she enjoys gardening, surfing, and hiking. She’s excited to empower you on your path to success and well-being.
Noelle’s background includes a diverse skill set that encompasses Coaching, Digital Marketing, Recruitment, and Six Sigma Black Belt expertise. She has 3 years of career coaching experience and over 10 years of talent acquisition experience, specifically within the healthcare sector. She is a self proclaimed enthusiast, visionary and optimizer who is passionate about personal and professional development.
Nina has spent over a decade working with students and professionals of all ages. After five years as a high school teacher, she earned an M.A. from Stanford University, where she focused on using technology to design innovative learning experiences. As a coach, she is most fulfilled by partnering with professionals to help them realize their full potential. Outside of coaching, Nina loves biking, reading, and spending time with her son.

Her diverse degrees and experiences prepared her for her coaching role. She resides in the Outer Banks, North Carolina, with her two children and a dog, enjoying the beach, hiking, workouts, meditation, and inspiring others through speaking. She also has unique interests like monthly fasting and petting spiders, hoping to become a spider woman.
Lauren, a coach with a decade of mentoring experience, shifted from middle school guidance counseling to teaching career design at Stanford. As Co-Founder & VP of Learning Experience at Pathstream, she applies her expertise in user experience design, curriculum, and program management, helping individuals achieve their goals with her dynamic educational background and a passion for success.
Claire has 15+ years of experience effectively managing and directing global teams. As a coach, Claire provides invaluable support to students navigating their career paths. Her approach is characterized by a forward-thinking mindset, coupled with curiosity, compassion, and a hint of levity, ensuring a supportive and uplifting coaching experience. You can find her cycling up hills in the summer, and snowboarding down them in the winter.
